The Challenge

A specialty food retailer`s Shopify store was slow, cluttered, and converting poorly on mobile. Pages took nearly 5 seconds to load, the product catalog had no filtering, and the checkout flow had a 72% abandonment rate.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the storefront as a headless Shopify site on Next.js — server-rendered for speed, with a custom product filtering system, optimized images, and a streamlined checkout. We kept their existing Shopify backend for inventory and orders.
