The Challenge

A fintech startup needed SOC 2 compliance but had no visibility into their AWS infrastructure. Security configurations were manual, alerts were noisy, and their monthly cloud bill was growing 15% month-over-month with no clear cause.

Our Approach

We built a security monitoring dashboard with automated compliance checks, real-time threat alerts, and infrastructure-as-code via Terraform. We also ran a cost optimization audit that identified unused resources, oversized instances, and missing reserved capacity.
