The Challenge

A growing fitness studio chain needed a data foundation that could handle memberships, class scheduling, payments, and attendance across multiple locations — without the data model becoming a bottleneck as they expanded.

Our Approach

We designed an 8-table relational schema with clear ownership boundaries, added Redis caching for the class schedule API, built migration scripts for safe schema evolution, and documented everything so their future dev team could extend it confidently.
