The Challenge

A logistics company was running their entire operation on spreadsheets — driver schedules, shipment tracking, revenue reports, client invoices. With 40+ team members editing the same files, data conflicts and human errors were costing them hours every day.

Our Approach

We built a custom internal dashboard with role-based access, real-time shipment tracking, drag-and-drop scheduling, automated revenue reporting, and a client portal for shipment visibility. The entire system replaced 12 spreadsheets and 3 manual processes.
